Own the environment.
The accounts, platforms, and AI workspaces belong to the business — not rented from vendors or hosted in an agency’s infrastructure.
myCMO.ai is a service of Longview Marketing.
We are building the future of how local service businesses access AI-powered marketing — making sophisticated, compounding marketing strategy effortless for owners who are great at their trade and shouldn’t have to think about how to grow.
Most marketing services ask business owners to manage complexity they didn’t sign up for. We’re building something different: a way to deliver the strategic intelligence and execution that drives real growth, through an experience that feels simple from the owner’s side — because we’ve absorbed the complexity on ours.
The foundation of myCMO.ai is a discipline we call Compounding Marketing — the practice of building marketing systems that get smarter over time, because the intelligence lives inside the business that owns it.
Most local service companies operate in a condition of reset: every time a vendor relationship ends, the accumulated marketing intelligence — the refined messaging, the campaign history, the understanding of the customer — walks out the door. The business starts over. Again.
Compounding Marketing is the alternative. Three principles drive it:
The accounts, platforms, and AI workspaces belong to the business — not rented from vendors or hosted in an agency’s infrastructure.
Every campaign, every piece of content, every customer interaction builds on the last. The system gets more accurate and more effective over time. Nothing resets.
Run your business. Take care of your team and your clients. The system keeps you on a growth path.
The methodology behind myCMO.ai wasn’t developed in a classroom or a startup pitch deck. It was built company by company, over 17 years of working inside local service businesses — painting contractors, landscape companies, boiler and equipment service, storm water management, and more.
Longview Marketing has been operating as a fractional marketing department for local service companies since 2009. The patterns that drive growth in these businesses — the seasonal dynamics, the referral dependencies, the operational complexity that most agencies don’t understand — are built into the foundation of everything myCMO.ai is designed to do.
Andy McClure studied mechanical engineering at Cornell and spent his early career running manufacturing operations. He founded Longview Marketing in 2009 after discovering that the discipline behind good operations — clear process, measurable outcomes, systems that improve over time — applies directly to marketing.
For 17 years he has operated as a fractional CMO for local service businesses, building marketing systems that outlast any single vendor relationship. He is the author of The In-House Growth Machine, which lays out the compounding marketing framework that guides our work.
Aside from our Longview Marketing client work, we’re filling a small cohort this summer — residential painting contractors building their interior pipeline for winter 2026–2027.
